What will you be doing?

• Analysis of dealer technical support cases.
• Analysis of field data including looking for trends in quality topics.
• Support with the returning of defective parts and forwarding them on for analysis.  
• Creating monthly internal and external reports.
• Helping to develop and create new processes to support daily tasks.
• Prepare team and department presentations.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a STEM degree is preferrable
• Excellent knowledge of MS office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of VBA is an advantage
• Good analytical skills
• Great communication skills
• Thorough attention to detail including precise processing of information
• Experience of working with large data sets
• Passion for the automotive industry
