Interior Trim Manufacturing - (Leathershop)

We are looking for an intern to support the Leather Shop Production team for 12 Months starting July 2022. The Production department manufactures the main interior trim components fitted to all Rolls-Royce vehicles including, door panels, consoles and instrument panels. You will be working with the Leadership teams on the Shop Floor, so you will spend a lot of your time helping to improve processes and problem solve.

• Individual projects to investigate, analyse and improve production processes.
• Supporting the Production Leadership team, learning Leadership techniques.
• Solving of problems, working with our Quality and Planning departments
• Supporting you in your training and welcoming you to the role.
• Working sustainably and ethically.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a degree in Engineering or Manufacturing, and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above
• Analytical, logical and self-motivated individual.
• Able to think creatively and off own initiative.
• Multi-task whilst maintaining structure and attention to detail.
