Quality Management Systems

We are responsible for the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Quality, as well as supporting the introduction of new models and quality enhancments.

What will you be doing?

• Support, coordination and management of specific daily tasks and longer term projects.
• Supporting with the Plant problem management process and coordination of new model topics.
• Supporting the implementation of Quality related processes to ensure product improvement.Support, analysis and implementation of improvements of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Support, coordination of Conformity of Production (CoP) and Test Equipment Management.
• Co-ordination and steering of Target Management Process and key performance indicators (KPI’s).

Qualifications

• Studying towards a 2:2 Bachelor degree - preferably in Engineering, IT or other relevant field.
• Strong PC skills and a good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Engineering or business related degree.
• Quality Mindset and/or interest in Quality Steering and Management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
