IT Infrastructure

The IT Infrastructure department are responsible for the onsite infrastructure, covering the network, servers, telephone and all end devices (PCs, Printers, MFDs etc.). You will be responsible for support, assistance and some end user training for our internal customers. You will have the opportunity to be involved in many projects throughout the year. You will also participate in all areas of IT Infrastructure, as a learning experience.

What will you be doing?

• To be an active member of the Infrastructure team.
• Working with and supporting all members of the team.
• Provide support and assistance to our internal customers.
• Responsible for the IT Intranet pages.
• Experience in all areas of IT Infrastructure (Networking, Communications and Workplace (End Devices).
• To assist with raising purchase orders and liaise/co-ordinate Suppliers as required.

Qualifications

• Studying a degree in Computer Science, IT or related course and on track to achieve a 2:1.
• Experience in working in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
• Have excellent verbal communication, presentation and report writing skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
• Comfortable with end user communication.
• An out-going and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Very good customer facing skills.
