What will you be doing?   

We need talented analysts with a passion for data analytics to help optimise Credit & Collections strategies. At Vodafone we have a wealth of data sources and are looking for individuals who are able to unlock the value for both our Consumer and Enterprise businesses. If you love translating data into useable insight and recommendations, this is the role for you.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership: 

•        Use data to generate insights and to make recommendations that improve our customer journeys and repayment performance for customers in arrears

•        Responsible for the production of regular data & reporting to support Management Information

•        Investigate new 3rd party data opportunities that will support us in delivering improvements to the customer journey and ability to make repayments (i.e. affordability and vulnerability) for customers in arrears

Specific KPI's: 

•        Data & reporting within agreed SLA’s

•        Optimisation of the overall Collections performance

Who are we looking for?    

•        SQL qualified/high level of experience

•        Experience of programming in SQL essential

•        3+ years data/reporting analytical experience

•        Strong Excel skills

•        Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights

•        Stakeholder management skills and the confidence to present own findings to senior members of the team

•        Preferably experience of programming in SAS

•        Preferably experience in a Credit & Collections analytical position
