A well-respected Media Production company in Maidenhead are recruiting for a Rights & Royalties Assistant to join their team.

This will initially be a 6-month contract with the opportunity to go permanent and will be working remotely for the duration of the contract however, you will be required to attend occasional meetings in the local area.

Key responsibilities:

• Assisting with a royalties’ migration project
• Interpret media contracts and ensure the correct terms are accurately transferred to the Royalties templates
• Maintenance of royalties tracking sheet
• Creating and managing contract archive
• Checking new statements against contract data for accuracy
• Other Ad-hoc tasks as needed

Key requirements:

• Previous Royalties or Media Rights experience is desirable
• Strong organizational skills, working to a tight deadline
• Understanding of media contracts
• Accuracy with a good eye for detail
• An interest in Media/Creative industry
