The role of our Right to Work Specialist has a clear objective- to mitigate risk to our Business by ensuring compliance to Regulations. You’ll be instrumental in driving compliance but also supporting Right to Work for colleagues across our business. You’ll be an expert in keeping up to date with Regulations and upskilling our colleagues on emerging trends and Right to Work best practice. Developing processes, learning guides and running workshops will be instrumental to your role in being able to support those around you. We're looking for someone who is proactive and efficient, with an eye for detail and who has experience working with larger organisations.
