We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our HR team as a Rewards & Benefits Business Partner based remotely, working 1-2 times per month at our Support Centre in Worksop.
As our Rewards & Benefits Business Partner you’ll be part of a great team who oversee reward and benefits for the wilko group. In this role the key focus will be on reward, ensuring we are competitive in our position, our roles are graded correctly, the reward & benefits principles are embedded and the governance adhered too.

For this role we need someone who has 3 years plus experience working in a similar role, in a large organisation which is equally as creative with it's budget. We need someone with an analytical approach, an eye for detail and never tires of analysing data or pulling together a pack full of benchmarking information and insight.
