We are looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our HR team as a Reward & Benefits ​Analyst based at our Support Centre in Worksop several times a month and working remotely. 

As our Reward & Benefits ​Analyst you’ll be our expert when it comes to R&B data, your analytical approach will ensure we have the the right information in order to make informed decisions; enabling us to attract and retain talent to deliver business objectives. Working alongside two R&B Business Partners you'll form an integral part of our team and be able to develop your skillset. 

Taking huge pride in what you do, your role will involve supporting the team in all pay review/bonus activity, providing data reports and managing the data input/production requirements in relation to all areas of the business. Along with:

• Collecting and analysing data to meet regulatory requirements; to identify trends and make recommendations for Reward management across the business.
• Delivering a customer focused pro-active reward service to the business that improves employee engagement.
• Maintaining the job evaluation process, and ensure grading structures and salary bands remain appropriate, identifying training needs within the business and to work collaboratively with the resourcing/talent team.
• Supporting the modelling of existing and potential bonus schemes, to enable design and accurate payments.
• Supporting the design, implementation and maintenance of a benefit’s offering that supports the attraction and retention of team members.
• Maintaining and updating a ‘manual’ of reward practices and guidelines, providing an up to date source of information.
• Completing annual salary surveys, liaising with the reward team/external providers to ensure timely completion and return.
• Supporting any project, transformation and change work as required. Working in a blended and matrix way across the HR function.

For this role we need someone who has over 2 years experience, having previously held a Reward Analyst or Analyst position, ideally in a retail environment. You'll be highly skilled at working your way around a spreadsheet and be able to build complex spreadsheet models, with the ability to manipulate large amounts of data and draw meaningful insight from the data. With an organised approach you'll be use to working in a fast-paced environment delivering on deadlines and in situations of ambiguity.
