As the Retail Services Associate for the Harrods Bell Hop, you will provide operational support to the front of house Lobby team as well as customers directly, by transporting purchases around the store to ensure they’re ready for collection in a timely manner, greeting customers as you do so and providing the utmost in service. You will be collaborating with The Lobby team to ensure operational excellence from POS to pick-up.

About You

You must have strong verbal communication skills; you are articulate and warm in your communication as you may need to respond to customer queries en-route to parcel drop-offs and supporting on the doors, as well as being able to convey the needs of goods you are moving. You will be service-focused and adaptable to the needs of various situations, to always give the best possible service. An ability to think on your feet is key, with the ability to deal with a wide range of customer needs, queries and sometimes challenging situations.

You should be able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining composure and remaining an ambassador for the brand. The candidate must be able to work a shift system across 7 days.
