We have increased our hourly rates to get the best people in to our teams ASAP! We are also offering a Â£250 welcome bonus* to each new team member! Where: Morrisons stores in the Bolton area. 

When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP

Hours: Various days and shifts as and when required. Shifts per site rota between Monday to Sunday 07.00 - 22.00. 

Salary: £10.00 - £11.00 per hour, dependent on site worked + £250 welcome bonus

About the role:

• Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
• Providing a visible deterrent within the store
• Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
• Working as part of a team to fulfil customer requirements
• Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner

About you:

• Smart & presentable
• Excellent communication (both spoken and written) & customer service skills
• Reliable, professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential
• A valid SIA License or have applied for one
• A full five-year checkable employment history
• Own transport
