Reward Partner - Retail

You will:

A key member of the UKI Rewards team with a matrix line into the HR Retail team , you will be the Retail and Beauty Advisor subject matter expert for Reward. Working in strong partnership and proximity to the UKI Retail and Education Director, the HR Retail team and your international colleagues, you will own the Rewards agenda for our Beauty Advisor community of c.1,400. 

You will be responsible for the overall Rewards (compensation and benefits) offering for our Retail employees, You will own the role grading and benefits execution, manage core annual cycles such as; salary review, living wage recommendations, benefits offerings and renewals.  Plus design and implement sustainable frameworks new frameworks for commissions and other incentives as well as the rewards strategy for new and emerging roles / capabilities such as online or omni-Beauty Advisors.  

• Retail job mapping: own and continually update the grading matrix for new and evolving retail roles. Design and deliver (with external parties if needed) employee communications on this topic
• Benefits: Mange the flex benefits renewal window. Work closely with the platform provider to enhance engagement and participation, develop new and interesting voluntary benefits by working closely with providers.
• Monitor market developments to take advantage of tax-breaks and new products
• Integrate ‘election’ window into new-starter process
• Pension Monthly contribution cycles for 2 active pension schemes – DC and DB
• Compliance with Auto-Enrolment
• Annual renewal cycles – including all international members
• Assist employees in transferring in and out of schemes
• Group Insurances Work closely with the brokers/intermediaries to secure the best deal for Life, Income Protection and Private Medical
• Ensure administration is accurate and efficient – especially for claims
• Own the annual salary review process for BAs: in close collaboration with Retail and HR teams to achieve the budget and ensure motivational and fair increases our teams.  Aim to maintain a benchmark above the living wage. 
• Commissions: Ongoing review and recommendations of the commissions mechanics to drive sales, working in close collaboration with the Retail and Finance teams. Striving to achieve consistency where possible and adapting to the needs of new and evolving roles (such as online).

You have:
