We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to join the us here at Primark.

You’ll be responsible for the end to end recruitment lifecycle of Retail Management roles in an assigned geographical region as well as support the stores and ensuring compliance for the stores in their hourly paid recruitment.

The geographical region this Recruiter needs to cover includes Scotland, the North West, Wales and the Midlands. The ideal candidate will be based on patch (or very close) and have access to a good travel network as travelling to stores will be a key part of the role.

Partnering with Area Managers and a People & Culture (HR) Business Partner you’ll develop strong attraction strategies; you’ll headhunt; you’ll arrange and facilitate interviews, ultimately bringing in the best talent available to the business and showcase the brand as an employer of choice.

You’ll have extensive recruitment experience and will ideally from a retail background. You’ll have proven experience partnering key stakeholders to bring exceptional talent into a business at pace whilst dealing with a high volume of roles.

You’ll have a natural ability for building and maintaining effecting relationships across your ‘customer’ base, communicating regularly and effectively and finally you’ll have that natural gravitas and confidence that enables you to lead events, meetings and to challenge appropriately.
