This exciting role within the Retail change team is pivotal to the success of the Aviva Retail business. The successful applicant will support the design and delivery of market leading, customer centric propositions, enabling profitable retail growth. This role works across marketing, operations, product, distribution, digital, IT and change to drive the end-to-end delivery of a customer and commercial outcomes.
