A bit about the job:

This exciting role within the Retail change team is pivotal to the success of the Aviva Retail business. The successful applicant will support the design and delivery of market leading, customer centric propositions, enabling profitable retail growth. This role works across marketing, operations, product, distribution, digital, IT and change to drive the end-to-end delivery of a customer and commercial outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Innovative thinking
• A customer centric approach
• Experience of proposition/ product development
• Consistent track record of implementing and driving change
• Good understanding of marketing & product in the insurance /financial services sector

• Salary of up to £53,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
