About You :

• Previous Retail management / Store leadership experience
• Proven people leadership skills with a 'hands-on' approach are essential
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team to achieve sales and meet KPI's
• Strong commitment to delivering positive customer experiences and superior customer service skills
• Strong mix of retail experience, business acumen and people management
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently on prioritising and meeting deadlines
