Spanning 18-24 months, you’ll get to experience every aspect of how a store operates, from supply chain and sales floor to our branding and customer behaviour before becoming a Team Manager. Learn how to be a leader and build the skills to empower and get the best from your team. Imagine working with people from all kinds of backgrounds, to make every moment special for customers. Or learning the secret of balancing our huge budget. You’ll be based in one of our academy stores with coaching and mentoring offered throughout by our retail management experts and your dedicated apprenticeship support coordinator.
