We are seeking an experienced Retail Cafe Manager to champion & to lead our North City team.

You will be passionate about Coffee & Chocolate, but also keen to grow, lead and inspire your own team. You will thrive on a challenge, be confident, enthusiastic, and decisive. You’ll find your previous experience helpful, but it’s your potential & ambition which we want to nurture & develop.

As well as 'WOW'ing our customers and producing outstanding drinks, you will manage and lead all aspects of the operations of our Butlers Chocolate Cafe at North City Shopping Centre, Porirua. You will be the leadership face of our brand, and you will recruit, train, manage and oversee your team. You will manage and monitor all customer service activities / experiences so as to optimise and sustain sales, profitability and customer satisfaction at your store.

We are keen to help and support you on your career journey. We provide extensive in-house training & support and the opportunity to have your skills formally recognised through our partnership with ServiceIQ, offering NZQA approved Certificates in Retail - Level 3 & 4 (Fees Free).
