The Role: Retail Assistant - Penrose Auckland

The role is based in our Auckland Branch, which is primarily a retail outlet, with a small amount of distribution.

We are looking for an individual who can deliver exceptional customer service, has an understanding of general inventory control, picking and packing of customer orders and who is aligned with our core values. 

This is a generalist role which requires strength in relationship building, communication and has a strong focus on the ability to make a positive contribution to a small tight knit working unit.

The customer service part of the role will require you to serve in our retail shop, interacting with customers face to face while maintaining presentation standards in the showroom. There will be end of day processing and locking up of the building. The distribution portion of the role will require you to receive customer orders via, phone, e-mail and from our website, accurately key those orders to then be picked, packed and dispatched.
