About You

We are looking for an established Recruiter that has experience in recruiting high calibre candidates into Retail roles. You will need to follow all the relevant stages of the recruitment process including, briefing, attracting, sourcing, screening, interview and offer management. You will be accountable for designing different recruitment processes to deliver the best candidate experience and calibre to the business whilst also maintain the integrity of our recruitment system.

You will be responsible for partnering with your business area and keeping your stakeholders informed by providing accurate and regular communication, ensuring you build effective relationships with them. Managing their expectations regarding the recruitment process will be key.
