I am currently recruiting for a Residential FM to head up the hard and soft service contractor management, health and safety management and fire risk evaluations

The role will have a strong focus on health and safety management, contractor management and fire risk safety.

Responsibilities:

• Providing daily health and safety management across these 40 presitigious sites.
• Management of hard and soft service contractors on site
• Management of permit to work system
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Liaison with property managers to ensure a 5* service to tenants
• Ensure high standards of service delivery are continually delivered to all tenants

Requirements:

• IOSH/ Nebosh qualification
