What you’ll do:

As a Research Executive, you’ll run and maintain the quantitative research trackers as well as supporting other quantitative and qualitative research activities that drive the Customer Experience measurement framework; here’s a flavour of the kind of work you’ll be involved in:

  • Managing stakeholder relationships to support the research tracker
  • Programming survey questions, often using conditional logic
  • Building and preparing sample data for research fieldwork, and inviting participants
  • Managing research activities including survey support queries, prize draws, etc
  • Data cleansing and validation, and the preparation/ transfer of data for analysis
  • Contributing to statistical analysis and reporting, and supporting the team more widely
  • Supporting activities for designing and executing quantitative and qualitative research

What you’ll bring:

  • You’ll be genuinely passionate about Market Research, and you’ll be familiar with running research trackers end-to-end, including sample preparation and email campaigns
  • You will have experience of conducting survey fieldwork activity, as well as working with (and managing) external research partners where needed
  • Supporting work will come naturally to you – you’ll love getting stuck into activities to design and execute quantitative and qualitative research studies
  • You won’t be afraid of handling and manipulating large data sets
  • To help us turn research into actionable insight, as well as having advanced Excel skills you’ll also be good at laying out clear stories and creating excellent slides in PowerPoint
  • You’ll be a natural communicator – happy and comfortable sharing your vision of what needs to be done, and acting as a story-teller to bring that to life in an engaging way
