We are looking to Recruit a Reporting Specialist, who will report into the Head of DIFM and will support the Installation Department to assist in the production, sending, presentation of reports and data including operational/service analysis of information in all matters relating to Installation.

We would accept applications from those based in the Birmingham and Coventry areas.

Key Accountabilities: 

  • Daily reporting of department and company performance, trackers and returns as required to support achieving SLAs and targets 

  • Support management with robust reporting to ensure the team have the information required to make informed decisions

  • Track and monitor team performance using internal reporting systems, trackers and agreed processes

  • Work cross-functionally to develop and implement reports in support of the Installation strategy and DIFM business plan

  • Support the Service Delivery and Quality team with reporting requirements, to ensure that targets are achieved or exceeded  

  • To provide ad hoc reports, as appropriate to senior management, as required

  • To support the compiling of monthly performance  Reporting Analysis and Board reporting

What are we looking for:

  • Minimum of 12 months experience in a reporting capacity

  • Google related platforms e.g sheets, docs, slides, forms, dashboards

  • Working with digitised platforms, apps and other technology in a similar role

  • Knowledge of reporting and basic formulas 

  • Using own initiative, working at pace to tight deadlines

  • Ability to work collaboratively and lead in a fast-changing and flexible environment

  • Ability to review and analyse data and create reports as required 

  • Effective communication including listening skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and carry out tasks effectively
