Boeing and the Ministry of Defence (MOD) have signed an agreement for Boeing to provide long-term training, support and sustainment for the British Army’s new fleet of 50 Apache AH-64E helicopters. Under the new £287 million Long Term Training and Support Services (LTTSS) contract, Boeing will work closely with the British Army to provide maintenance and engineering support, supply chain and logistics management at Wattisham. Boeing will also deliver aircrew and maintainer training from its advanced facility at Middle Wallop.
Boeing Defence UK is looking for an ILS Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) Engineer (integrated Support Planning & Management) to support the UK AH-64E Programme. This is a full-time postition based at our Yeovil site with some options for hybrid working once established in the role.
Boeing Defence UK operates an engineering matrix organisation consisting of engineering capabilities that deliver technical skills, expertise and products into our programmes. One of the capabilities is Product Support Engineering (ILS Engineering) which provides the product supportability infrastructure comprising the following technical areas:
Logistic Support Analysis
Reliability and Maintainability
Reliability Centred Maintenance Analysis
Engineering Data Exploitation
Integrated Logistic Support Engineering
Technical Publications
The Reliability Centred Maintenance Engineer will support the AH-64E ILS Lead reporting to the BDUK ILS Manager through the RCM Lead.
