As a Regional Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be part of the Regional Strategy and Operations organization, utilizing your leadership expertise, business acumen, and creativity to drive and grow the business. In this role, you will jointly be driving the business with the executive leadership team, act as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for a Vice President of Sales, while owning and driving the business through detailed planning and executing, develop and deploy business strategy towards high growth.
You will solve problems, work with data, and find solutions to help the greater team succeed. You will help shape strategy and plans. You will drive a growing business and build processes, structures, and programmatic systems that will have a high impact for many people within the organization that you will be supporting and their clients. You will build relationships with counterparts and key stakeholders, help them land ambitious plans, being a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the business leadership.
