  • Excellent program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously.

The Google Cloud Field Sales Enablement team aims to enhance the success of Google Cloud’s business resources through high-impact enablement programs that seek to increase business growth and customer acquisition. Our enablement programs strive to define new frontiers in how people learn and to embrace the latest in digital learning trends.

As a Regional Sales Enablement Business Partner, you will be part of an experienced team driving field productivity for Google Cloud. You’ll deliver productivity programs, enablement, business growth-supporting initiatives, and product enablement to our Sales teams. With a focus on driving impact, you will work closely with all Field Sales roles to support their enablement needs and ensure proper launch and execution of global programs. You will plan, coordinate, produce, and execute assets and strategies to enable the Sales teams. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our regional stakeholders to consume enablement programs and assets.

Responsibilities

  • Execute a Performance Consulting approach with regional Sales leaders, leveraging our global and regional go-to-market strategies to identify regional business needs and gaps.
  • Develop a comprehensive regional enablement and activation strategy in collaboration with Global Sales Enablement and its offerings. Adapt, deliver, and execute regional offerings leveraging a range of delivery modalities to support diverse audiences.
  • Continually adapt and optimize program content through collaboration with the global sales enablement team. Evaluate program effectiveness through the design and implementation program metrics and use of business metrics.
  • Develop and execute extensive communication plans to support program rollouts and ongoing program execution. Source local delivery partners with local language support as needed.
  • Drive continual improvements in our business processes and productivity by collaborating with subject matter experts across Google Cloud.
