About this role

Can you drive regional projects over the line?

With this position being a critical piece of the puzzle within our Fibre Build team no two days are the same.

As the Regional Programme Manager, you will be accountable for creating a cohesive PMO view of all the current projects within your region, ensuring we are working in a standardised and efficient way, making use of project management methodologies where appropriate. You will prioritise activities to ensure all PMO activity is on track, enabling our major programme output & customer commitments.

 

You'll have the following responsibilities

Whilst having an eye on all the projects you will deliver successful customer and business outcomes ensuring we hit our contractual obligations, targets, and milestones. 

Accountable for driving and improving insights to drive our projects and Openreach strategic programme ensuring we increase efficiency and achieve targets.

With your strong leadership skills, you will drive, motivate, empower and bring your team on the journey. 

 

You'll have the following skills & experience

You will be a senior project manager with the ability to coordinate across a number of simultaneous projects. We want people who can work cross-functionally to change outcomes for our customers as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders. 

Continuous Improvement will be at the forefront of your mind whilst delivering transformation programmes that provide benefit to the wider teams.

Above all, you will be able to deliver, bring your team on the journey and have a proven track record within a project/programme position.
