You will be an essential part of digital transformation engagements and will steer opportunities with our customers, using your deep sustainability knowledge and experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Driving our integrated cloud services growth through industry focused solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365) 
Engaging with customers and managing a team of Industry Advocates and Sustainability Specialists to land industry solutions in strategic accounts.
Achieving targeted annual growth for the Sustainability Industry across Strategic and Major Enterprise segments for the region.
Driving scale of industry sales plays by educating and landing industry strategy scenarios, solutions and sales plays with regional industry sales community and regional field leaders.
Partnering closely with the world-wide industry sales teams and specialist sellers to share best practices and customer references/case studies to bring the industry digital transformation stories to life.
Nurturing relationships with top industry partners in region.
Participating in regional and worldwide sales enablement events to drive the industry strategy, solutions and sales plays.
Coaching regional senior executives in industry-specific challenges to convey industry vertical strategy and expand our customer relevance.

Having worked at a senior level in a sales or consulting leadership role will provide you with the foundation you need to make an impact in this role. Experience required:
Experience of sustainability industry domain expertise and expertise working in business roles at a company in the sustainability industry​.
Related experience: sales leadership roles, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, coaching solution sales and account development strategies, leadership roles in multi-tiered global organizations, selling and delivering complex solutions to enterprise customers.
Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, coaching skills, cross-group collaboration and proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries.

Proven track record and experience leading organizational transformations while delivering long- and short-term results.
Strategic leadership with track record driving results faster than competition in new markets/solution areas (preferred: cloud services growth and consumption).
Strong executive presence and presentation skills.

MBA desirable.
