Recruitment Specialist(NOC 1223)
GreenTech Resources is looking for a Recruitment Specialist(NOC 1223) in our Regina location.
Qualification and experience
- +2 years’ experience in HR within a fast paced office environment
- Education/ or experience in recruitment /talent acquisition
- Proficiency in MS office – word, excel, ppt. and outlook
- Experience of working on various job portals, social medial platforms and ATS System
- Exception written and spoken English and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Diploma/Post Graduate in HR or Admin / MBA
- Good data analytics and data management
- Team management experience
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Time flexibility
- Preferably from Immigration and recruitment industry
- Candidates eligible to work full time can only apply
- Familiarity with Zoom/webEx/Video Conferencing/Calendars
Job Responsibilities
- Build a pipeline of strong, diverse candidates across different roles in various industries namely food and restaurant, hospitality, recruitment and staffing, meat industry, IT, beauty and wellness, automotive, education, farm etc.
- Work in collaboration with business development team to cater to the hiring needs by determining a strategic approach and bring an innovative solution
- Liaison with recruiters/agents to source candidates across the globe
- Participate in and support all aspects of the recruitment process
- Participate in employer branding and managing social media platforms
- Hiring, onboarding and inducting new employees for GreenTech
- Managing a team of recruitment coordinators and administrative staff
- Prepare corporate correspondence, agreements and presentations to represent the organisation at various platform
- Reach out /create relationships with prospective employers to understand their interviews.
- Screen and conduct interviews for selecting candidates
- Manage and prepare database reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
- Manage departmental budget and ensure consistency
- Designing and implementing recruitment campaigns
- Preparing Newsletters/correspondence for business collaboration
