What You’ll Do:

Supporting the recruitment of our Operational/Volume vacancies, our Recruitment Resourcers administer all recruitment processes from the application stage to joining stage.  You will be the point of contact for candidates and ensure timely updates and communication on the progress of their application, keeping them ‘warm’ and ensuring good understanding of what the role entails and what to expect. You will also keep vacancies up to date including recruitment websites and social media content.

What you’ll need:

• Strong IT skills, comfortable working with a variety of systems
• A good interest and experience in recruitment
• Excellent organisational skills, with strong personal prioritisation and multitasking skills
• A friendly, can do, positive attitude
• Exceptional communication skills - written and verbal – with excellent attention to detail
