Kirimana Consultants is a start-up recruitment and labour-only agency with offices in Auckland and Christchurch, specialising in the recruitment of Construction Management and Qualified Trades.

We are currently seeking an ambitious Recruitment Resourcer to join our experienced but small team in Auckland. This is a newly created role due to the increase of workflow from our clients throughout New Zealand. The position would ideally suit an experienced recruitment resource/consultant or someone with a B2B sales background wanting to transition into a more meaningful role but loves the buzz of creating sales and making commission.

Role Responsibilities:

• Candidate resourcing throughout NZ and Australia
• Screening and interviewing candidates over the phone and face to face
• Writing job adverts
• Working closely with Principal Consultant
• Recruiting for a mix of Permanent and Contract roles
• Administrative duties and data entry
• Reference checking
• Developing talent pipelines
• Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Trade me and calling leads.

Minimum experience:

• Minimum 2 years' experience within a sales based or client focused role
• Ability to easily conversate and inform candidates and clients
• Great Phone manner
• Experience using social media platforms efficiently
• Excellent communication skills and great phone manner
• Energetic, focused, and like a challenge
• Good typing speed and proficient with email and systems
