Recruitment Consultant 

-Salary negotiable & Very Competitive - Fully remote based. Hot Desk Atlas Recruitment Group are currently looking for an IT recruiter to join our remote based team where you will be 'account managing' some of our presigious IT clients across the UK. Within this role you will be responsible for a full lifecycle, 360 recruitment process, although the role will lean more towards account management than business development as there is a hot desk in place for the right person. You will be expected to manage a desk of clients that have been working with Atlas for many years. 

Continuing to provide a quality servce, while attracting more clients through completely non restricted business development when possible. You will be well versed in working on a wide range of positions, ideally within both a permanent and contract sphere (although this is not essential) and will have experience of recruiting for positions from graduates & juniors, all the way up to senior management. The ideal candidates for these roles will be self motivated, with drive and determination, an excellent work ethic and impeccable communication skills when dealing with clients, candidates and colleagues. 

You will be expected to self manage your own desk and will be capable of working independently of others as well as being an active part of a wider team.
