Retail Recruitment Administrator

FTC – December 31st, 2022.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Recruitment Administrator to join the team here at Primark. The role will be based in our UK office in Reading, will include hybrid working and will be initially for a fixed term contract till December 31st, 2022.

This position sits within our UK HR team and will be key in supporting our Recruiters to drive exceptional talent into our 191 UK retail stores as we recruit a new role in our retail management structure.

The role will be busy, fast paced and fun. Some of the key duties are articulated below;

  • Advertising management opportunities on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job boards where necessary, including LinkedIn
  • Effectively use social media, to showcase the Primark opportunities and business in line with the wider social media strategy
  • Assist the Recruiters with booking the interviews and the subsequent admin of emails to candidates / Hiring Managers and booking meeting rooms as and when required
  • To make sure the ATS is updated and is a true reflection of the state of play
  • To store effectively candidates RTW details, and interview notes in line with GDPR guidelines set by the business
  • Linking in with the P&C Admin team you will communicate details of any offers to be made, informing the Recruiters if there are any delays or concerns, they need to be made aware of
  • Take control of the Management Recruitment inbox dealing with any issues that arise efficiently
  • Communicate recruitment related business updates to Retail Directors and Area Managers
  • Keep the ATS users report up to date, monitoring leavers and communicate user guides to any new users of the system
  • Initiate psychometric assessments as and when required

You’ll have some previous administration experience (ideally within Recruitment / HR); have high attention to detail; good exposure to multiple systems; strong excel skills and have a natural ability to build and maintain effective relationships whether on the telephone or in person.
