The Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join Programmed Skilled Workforce, based in Christchurch. This is not your usual Account Manager role and will suit someone who is looking to start their career in Account Management or step up to the next role in Recruitment.  As a company we support learning and development and encourage career progression.

Skills and Experience

  • Ability and drive to want to deliver great Customer Relationship Management, delivering success in customer retention
  • Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willing to help others
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Ability to establish strong working relationships with clients
  • Must have current Class 1 drivers Licence to be able to be at site
  • H&S and or HR experience an advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and actively support a positive safety culture across the business
  • Plan and manage client site visits to ensure service levels
  • Further drive the success of growth through new client sales and
  • Maintaining compliance and an accurate account history for clients
  • Ensuring customer orders are filled in a timely manner
  • Resolution of operational items for client and employee
