Position Summary:

As a Ramp Agent you will  ensure the timely processing and movement of inbound and outbound freight for assigned flights by completing the necessary paperwork and verification of documentation in an accurately and  timely manner.

You will be working to strict deadlines, verify cargo manifests against system information and amend any discrepancies, prepare transit documents for all un-cleared ground movement freight and deal with internal /external customer queries on all types of freight movements whilst advising the required documentation in order for onward movement. 

These responsibilities are to be completed in compliance with all operational, security and safety policies, procedures, standards and processes.

The role also involves working closely with the warehouse teams under strict time deadlines and pressurized situations to meet flight schedules with most efficient load plans.

To be successful in this role you will require:
• Excellent PC Skills to work within our bespoke systems.
• Good communication skills on all levels.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to manage own time effectively with attention to detail.
