This client is privately owned, multi-discipline, Principal Contractor offering a full range of D&B services. Sectors they specialise in are, commercial, for refurbishment and New Build projects up to 5 million; Including works on NW Frameworks, NWCH, Rise to name a few.

Scope of Works:

They are currently looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing all costs and estimates for tenders and current projects. Also responsible for ensuring all relevant documentation is maintained and updated as appropriate, monitoring costs of ongoing projects, and reporting on their profitability.

This role will suit individuals with a positive attitude who enjoy being challenged and who can actively demonstrate our values of quality, honesty, innovation, and teamwork daily. Happy to conduct weekly site meetings, you'll be running up to 3-4 projects at anyone time - throughout the construction project lifespan.
