Setsquare are proud to be recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our Bristol based tier 1 Main Contractor client.

This company have an abundance of work on currently, as well as a strong project pipeline of future work, including some of the regions most prestigious buildings. They are searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their balanced commercial team. Project values range from £3m to £40m and everywhere in between, with the sweet spot being around £15m. Project sectors include Commercial, Education, Mixed Use, Student Accommodation, Health and Leisure.

The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have tier 1 or tier 2 main contractor experience, on projects from £3m upwards, with either a Degree or HND in a construction related field. The role would suit both an Assistant Quantity Surveyor who has recently stepped up and held the QS role for 18 months plus; or an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a stable background. Sector experience can vary, across Commercial, Education, Mixed Use, Student Accommodation and Health.

On offer is the chance to work on some high profile projects across the region, along with opportunities for progression and development. The base salary ranges from £45k - £55k (dependent on experience) plus package.
