My major tier 1 client is looking to take on an additional Quantity Surveyor on an huge exciting project!
My client is contracted for the project as part of a £750 million regional upgrade plan to various rail stations and tracks across London. My client has already completed the first and second phases and now is on the final stage of the project which is due to finish early next year.
My client will be responsible for signalling, telecoms, civil engineering, electrification and plant, as well as for installing a new track-side 650V electrical power feeder and associated principal supply points and track works.
The client is looking for a strong Quantity Surveyor with a rail/M&E background to help lead an already thriving team. The position is a freelance with the client looking to pay a competitive rate within the current market conditions.
The client is looking for someone who is either immediate to start or to start within 2 weeks notice.
Duration: 6 months

Rate: £350 p/d to £450 p/d depending on experience
