Role available as a Quantity Surveyor with an immediate start date. This is a full time QS position paying between $80,000 - $85,000.

One of Auckland’s most successful residential developers is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This company is involved in developing & building large scale residential projects across Auckland & has a proven track record in building quality homes.

You must have a minimum of 4 years New Zealand experience in residential construction Quantity Surveying and have worked on terraced housing projects.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a QS in the NZ residential sector
• Experience in front end QS work is essential
• Experience in working on residential contract builds
• An understanding of NZS 3910 is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in CostX is an advantage, but not essential
• Experience in terraced/medium density housing projects is essential
