In this role you will be working under an excellent Senior team who will provide guidance and support. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, ambitious and thinks outside the box. It is a varied role where no two days are the same. They have a range of projects, from smaller fit-out works up to apartment complex developments valued at $80m.

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Quantity Surveying or construction qualification preferred
• Minimum 5 years experience as QS on commercial projects in NZ
• Excellent communication skills and strong decision making skills
• Confident and driven
• Able to build strong relationships
• Experience in procurement, using different cost and Project management software
• Comfortable dealing with subcontractors, council, management team, stakeholders
