Our client, a leading Agribusiness and Processing company, urgently needs a Technician to fill a full-time temp role until the end of August.
About the role:
- Testing of imported oils and samples for quality and compliance
- Micro sampling for external analysis
- Maintain Lab Housekeeping and GMP
- Stocktake and ordering of laboratory chemicals and consumables
- Calibration and verification
Requirements:
- Ideally, experience in a similar laboratory technician role (QA testing)
- Degree or Diploma in Applied Science, Science or Food Technology (or comparable experience)
- Experience with laboratory analysis techniques, including chemistry testing
- Use of computer databases and excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication at all levels
