Job Description

Our company is a designer and manufacturer of precision stamped and assembled metallic components for the automotive industry.

  We currently have an opening in our Quality Department for an individual who will be responsible to ensure the Quality systems are maintained and conforming to ISO and Company standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the maintenance of IATF16949 standards by continuous liaison with the various departments.
  • Coordinate the assignments of internal IATF16949 audits.
  • Follow up on internal audits and report same to Quality Manager.
  • Communicating deficiencies identified to the Management Team.
  • Prepare Quality IATF16949 reports as required or requested by Quality Manager
  • Document Control for our Plant
  • Maintain and prepare weekly and monthly Quality Reports
  • Preparing for annual IATF16949 External Audit
  • Collects and compiles data for sort and rework activities to support Continuous Improvement Teams.
  • Ability to cover for QE / Auditor Vacations, or absence.
  • Maintains high level of housekeeping.
  • Practices and complies with the environmental, health and safety rules of the company.
