The Construction and Innovation Group supports KÄinga Ora to grow its public and supported housing portfolio through the design and development of high quality homes that meet the needs of the community now and in the future, and by driving innovation across the construction sector.
Ko tÄ mÄtou mahi - Our Role
The Quality Assurance Design Team help achieve design quality on public housing projects through the provision of design advise, design management advise and the implementation of design quality assurance processes.
As well as undertaking this work themselves, the Quality Assurance Design Team Leader leads a team of Assessors and enables them to work as an effective team to achieve design quality outcomes.
