Join us as a Discovery Quality Assurance Analyst

• We’ll look to you to perform a crucial control function within data retrieval services, making sure that the delivered data is approved, accurate and representative of the criteria specified by the requester
• You’ll be performing quality assurance checks on a wide range of complex data types, as well as sampling and analysing data to make sure that key criteria are verified in the data
• This is an opportunity to enjoy a varied and extensive breadth of work and to gain valuable exposure across a broad range of stakeholders
• This role requires flexible working as the team often work out of hours to make sure cases are completed

What you'll do

As a Discovery Quality Assurance Analyst, you’ll be performing quality assurance and audit duties, while working proactively with delivery and case management teams.

Working with accuracy and attention to detail, you’ll make sure that all team processes have been followed, while checking data integrity and validating request approvals.

On top of this, you’ll be:

• Creating auditable documents, and producing quality assurance documentation, delivery reports and completion emails
• Ensuring data integrity by investigating and driving the mitigation of any data errors in advance of quality assurance completion
• Managing the quality assurance mailbox with other team members and recording all projects which have been entered into quality assurance within the tracker
• Performing monthly internal team audits, reporting findings and uploading audit sheets onto the team dashboard
• Working as a strong team player, prioritising urgent requests and making that cases pass through quality assurance within SLA

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience of working in an eDiscovery role, including analysing complex data sets in a highly regulated environment.  

In addition, you’ll need:

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure, prioritise effectively and produce work of high standards to strict deadlines
• A good understanding of data confidentiality and regulatory guidelines
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, working with VLOOKUPs, macros and PivotTables
• Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate well with peers and management
• Exposure to a wide range of IT systems and software packages
