ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Quality Advisor you will be joining us just as the updated Ngā Paerewa Health and Disability Services Standard NZS 8134:2021 come into effect. As such the implementation of those standards will be high on the to-do list.

A diverse role day-to-day, you will be involved in policy writing, incident, accident, complaints management as well as client and staff satisfaction, process and internal audits and quality checks. Ultimately with the b aim in helping us maintain our zero corrective actions when it comes to audit time.

ABOUT YOU

As well as your stunning personality and your extensive experience, you will

• Bring a sense of drive and energy to the team
• Have experience in Quality Improvement
• Ideally be a Registered Health Professional ( no APC required) but other background s will be considered
• Have strong IT, administration skills and attention to detail
• Be self managing with excellent interpersonal skills
