Role Description :

We are looking for a QA Engineer to be part of a lean agile team developing apps and features that will change how the world works together.

Our apps are not only a way to join meetings on the go, but also act as a control interface for a customer's BlueJeans experience.

You must enjoy the challenge of owning the quality of our application features end to end, and have hands-on automation experience that can play a key role to deliver high quality software user experiences.

  • Understand the iOS ecosystem and ongoing developments to be able to add & design a new automation framework or enhance the framework to support new changes in product.
  • Understand failures and their impact on user experience and system stability.
  • Design and implement with reuse, mobile utility, and completeness in mind.
  • Follow & improve processes - with special focus on code reviews, among others.
  • Improve quality with every version - new test & automation suites must match or exceed existing levels.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and responsive team that owns a world-class product service.
  • Through awareness question priorities and influence plans & designs.
  • Believe in fault-free software that can be designed, developed, maintained, tested, qualified and deployed.
  • Believe in automation for fast and repeated verification of software that is useful during development and deployment.
  • Have experience with software testing methodologies and automation technologies (tools and programming languages).
  • Have experience creating automation frameworks and adding robust test cases.
  • Shoulder responsibility and strive to meet quality expectations and timelines.
  • Team responsibility and strive to take the team forward and own product quality.

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...

You will need to have :

  • Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Four or more years relevant work experience.
  • Three years Software QA experience.
  • Experience with automation frameworks - Selenium, Appium, Gradle, BDD.
  • Good knowledge of Java, JavaScript.
  • Good hands-on experience with REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology and tools.

Even better if you have one or more of the following :

  • Experience in automating Mobile Apps.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good at debugging on Mobile endpoints
