“You’ll be part of the Client Release team within NOW Delivery, working closely with other team members to support our NOW app regression cycles for monthly releases and quality sign-off in a timely manner. We work with regression testing across a multitude of TV devices and playconsoles (eg.: LG, Samsung, Amazon Fire, PlayStation, Xbox, YouView etc.)” – QA Manager

What you’ll do:

• Manual release regression testing of the NOW app on allocated TV devices and play consoles
• Own the responsibility for onboarding new devices
• Accurately report, manage and escalate any defects raised during testing
• Support production incident investigation by testing and providing necessary network logs
• Participate in post launch activities on various test devices and regions
• Participate in test planning meetings and provide feedback to the testing team
• Actively participate in continuous improvement of testing processes
• Communicate testing results and coverage while making recommendations where necessary

Whatyou’ll bring:

• Manual testing experience with streaming apps on TV devices
• Media domain experience
• Knowledge of TestRail, Jira, Confluence, Slack and Microsoft Teams
• Experience using CharlesProxy,Wiresharkfor capturinglogs on TV and Playconsoles
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamically changing
  environment
• Good understating of automation and the capability to execute automation tests on test
  devices
• Knowledge and experience of Android and Tizen Studio
• Strong communication skills

The Office:

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.

On campus you’ll find six subsidised restaurants and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
