What you’ll do:

• Work as part of an agile tech delivery team, working closely with software developers, technical analysts and other QA engineers to deliver the highestquality products in a timely manner
• Play a key part in validating that our devices are working as expected often with associated improvements in performance and memory management when new tech or features are introduced
• Promote testing at all sets of the development cycle
• Review test plans and test cases with the delivery scrum teams, and be able to use your own expertise and initiative to add value to the current test pack for testing the applications to the core, from an end-to-end perspective
• Understand the proposition and use your expertise in coming up with ‘out of the box’ test scenarios
• Participate in daily scrum calls with other delivery teams to support issues’ triage process and understand prioritisation of work assignments
• Manage the creation, updates and status of issues detected during test execution phase
• Manage the retest, updates and status of issues reported by the E2E Team

What you‘ll bring:

• Awareness of devices and applications, as well as streaming technology
• Experience using a test management tool: ideally TestRail
• Experience using JIRA is essential; experience using Github is nice to have
• Experience using Charles Proxy for capturing Logs on devices would be advantageous
• Great communication skills to a technical level
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to discover the root cause of complex issues
• The ability to find ways to improve and a passion for learning and sharingknowledge, with great problem solving abilities
• Desire and interest to work with a multitude of devices: TVs, gaming consolesetc.

The Office:

Our Osterley campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Chiswick Park, Gunnersbury, Acton Town and Ealing Broadway tube stations. There’s also plenty of parking, bike shelters and showers.

On campus you’ll find six subsidised restaurants and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed and even get pampered at our beauty salon.
