Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join one of New Zealand largest public sector entities in an ever expanding team. The role will require you to follow up on any issues that have arisen with purchase orders, support other staff members with how to raise a purchase order and general problem solving. This is a fast paced environment so candidates will need to be adaptable. You will need to be fully available and happy to commit to a 3 month role.

Must haves:

  • Previous Administration experience
  • Keen attitude to learn and initiative
  • Being open to the idea of all roles potentially extending further
  • Hold a valid work visa in New Zealand
  • Available to start ASAP (2 weeks notice is fine)

Nice to have:

  • Previous purchasing experience
  • Previous accounts payable experience
  • Previous procurement administration experience
  • Have worked with Purchase orders
