What you’ll do:

• Support proposition team in developing compelling positioning for B2B broadband and voice solutions, and new evolving propositions
• Help deliver best in class proposition launches across the B2B portfolio
• Support teams in educating key stakeholders on proposition benefits and core proposition statements
• Gather customer insights across sales, operations, marketing and CX to improve proposition positioning
• Day to day responsibility for curating, analysing, and disseminating key competitor insights
• Responsible for developing original propositional content to be used for collateral, customer case studies, collateral, videos, digital assets and webinars
• Partner with product and technology teams to deliver key messages for training(s) across sales and service channels
• Participate in sales and operations huddles as required
• Performance reporting and analytics

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in B2B telecoms propositions, marketing, or similar role in a technology-based company
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to effectively navigate a matrixed organisation
• The ability to articulate propositions and insights into simple, clear messaging
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Energy and passion to work in a start-up environment with the ability to make quick decisions
