Originally founded in 1970, JLL Infrastructure Advisory is the leading national provider of land access and land acquisition services for major infrastructure projects. We have a unique property services function which specialises in project reporting, legislation advice, analysis of land tenure and titles, and management of land acquisition documents and processes.

Due to ongoing major project opportunities, we have a full-time, permanent role available for an experienced Property Services Advisor. Ideally we are seeking someone with experience in land delivery for major linear infrastructure projects who has the following attributes -

Understanding of land tenure, titles and land acquisition documents and processes for linear infrastructure projects.

Strong Excel and Word skills.

High attention to detail and good organisational skills.

Willing to take ownership of tasks and pro-actively drive through to completion.
